“Jen “Lalor” Nielsen was one of the most technical gifted players in the U.S. Women’s National Team program history. She epitomized “Control of the ball rather than the ball having control over the player.” Jen was magical under pressure with the ball at her feet; with her head up she would punish one, two and sometimes three pressuring defenders.” – April Heinrichs, Former U.S. National Team Head Coach

“One of Jen “Lalor” Nielsen’s greatest talents is her ability to work with the ball. Her technical ability is among the best in the world. Jen’s touch on the ball serves as an inspiration to all of us.” – Tony Di Cicco, Former U.S. National Team Head Coach
